Welcome to Strata Aviation Arts

Strata Aviation Arts began when my mother expressed concern about what would happen to her World War II (very private) scrapbook when she died. I thought she had nothing to worry about. She passed away five days later. I had to do something so that my mother's memories were not forgotten. I needed a way to honor my mother and her generation. Strata Aviation Arts was created to accomplish this task. Please see and read the "John Sweetland" story in the "American Heroes" section.

Strata Aviation Arts is a visual presentation of many people, aircraft and historical events. Each of our images have been crafted by our dear artist friends, Lloyd S. Jones and Sonny Schug. Our Giclee's are of world class quality and are created and printed in the United States of America by Strata Aviation Arts and are of archival quality.

None of this however would have been possible without the vision, determination and love of my husband, Patrick. Patrick brings years of experience from the world of content media, film, video production and printing. A special thank you goes to our exceptionally creative and patient web designer, Lance Clarke, whose talent allowed our vision to come to life.
