Strata Aviation Arts® Return policy
All orders are carefully checked before shipping. If you are not satisfied with any Strata Aviation Arts® fine art print, or if the goods are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. You must return the art / product(s) / Certificate(s) of Authenticity to us in the original packaging material. Strata Aviation Arts will replace your item / product at no charge or refund your original purchase price, after receiving customer shipped returned product. Customer pays all return shipping and insurance.
Strata Aviation Arts® Pricing Policy
The price quoted is for each print / product. All art and goods are offered for sale in US dollars only. Custom and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any special credit card/ shipping surcharges. All Strata Aviation Arts® prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment for any prints / goods must be made at the time of placing order and prior to delivery. We accept the following methods of payment:
Delivery
Strata Aviation Arts® will deliver prints / products within 14 business days of receiving customer order.
Statement of Quality
All of our prints are struck individually. Our prints are not posters but high quality giclée prints using archival paper, inks and coating. Each print is inspected, numbered and signed by the artist assuring a quality product for our customers.

Shipping
Strata Aviation Arts® will require a street address for shipping. (Post Office Box numbers are not acceptable). You will receive a tracking number to determine the arrival date.
Artist Signature
All Strata Aviation Arts® limited edition Giclée prints are signed and dated using a graphite pencil. All canvas prints are signed using a pen with archival ink. This practice guarantees print quality and authenticity of the artist's signature.

Tips for Care and Protection of Art Prints
It is very important that you carefully display and or store your print appropriately. Strata Aviation Arts uses the finest archival paper and inks. We only print on heavy weight fine art quality acid free archival papers. Each print surface is protected by using a water-based varnish that provides UV protection, anti-fungals, and resistance to scuffing and fading.
When handling the print, always use "cotton" white gloves to keep transferring oil and other contaminates to the print surface.
When framing, use only acid free archival matting and hinging materials.
Use only acid free foam core as a backing.
Ultra Violet (UV) protection is very important. Use a "conservation or museum" grade glass.
Prints ideally should be displayed at a normal room temperature and not in direct sun light.
If storing the print unframed for a long period of time, use only archival materials (box, tissue paper, etc.) and keep the print flat.
Additional Information
All of Strata Aviation Arts prints are of a numbered edition genre (1-250) unless noted or specified for a special edition.
Prints have a minimum of a one inch white border around each print.
Strata Aviation Arts adheres to the California Civil Code 1740-1741 "fine art multiples."
